HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool

Thank you for choosing HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool. This User Agreement explains the rules that apply when you access or use the app, its features, displayed content, updates, notices, and related services.
Please review this Agreement carefully before using the app. By installing, opening, registering for, accessing, or continuing to use HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool, you confirm that you understand and accept this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you should stop using the app and related services.
1. Use of the Service
HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool is provided as a cloud-based service information and resource management tool. The app may allow users to view cloud resource information, service status, operational records, virtual indicators, activity information, and other platform-supported functions.
The services available in the app may change over time depending on technical conditions, platform operations, regional availability, compliance requirements, or account status. Some features may be adjusted, limited, suspended, or removed when necessary.
Any notices, rules, feature descriptions, activity instructions, service policies, or updates published through the app or related channels are considered part of this Agreement once made available.
2. Eligibility
You may use HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool only if you have the legal ability to enter into this Agreement under the laws that apply to you.
By using the app, you confirm that:
You are legally permitted to use the service;
The information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date;
Your use of the app complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules;
You will not use the service for any unlawful, unauthorized, or improper purpose.
HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool is not intended for users under the age of 18. Individuals below 18 may not use the app or related services.
3. Cloud Resource Display and Virtual Features
The app may display cloud computing resource information, simulated data, virtual indicators, service records, or other digital information for user experience and reference purposes.
Users understand that such displayed resources or indicators:
Do not represent ownership of physical servers, mining machines, or hardware equipment;
Do not grant possession, lease rights, control rights, or operating rights over any real-world device;
Are limited to the platform environment and related app functions;
Do not have any guaranteed cash value, exchange value, or financial return;
May be modified, refreshed, recalculated, suspended, or removed according to platform rules or technical needs.
Nothing shown in HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool should be understood as proof of ownership, entitlement, or control over actual computing infrastructure.
4. Platform Activities and App Functions
From time to time, HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool may provide tasks, activities, trial experiences, reward-style interactions, temporary privileges, or other app-based features.
Participation in these features is subject to the specific rules displayed in the app. The availability, duration, conditions, and results of such features may vary.
We may change, pause, replace, cancel, or end any activity or function based on operational needs, technical issues, compliance requirements, or other reasonable considerations.
5. Information Shown in the App
Some information presented in the app may be generated by system rules, algorithms, simulations, virtual calculations, or demonstration models.
Users acknowledge that:
Displayed numbers, records, rankings, indicators, or status information may change at any time;
Past records or historical displays do not predict or guarantee future results;
App content is provided for reference, interaction, and user experience only;
Information in the app should not be treated as financial, investment, legal, securities, trading, tax, or other professional advice.
Any decision made based on information viewed in the app is made at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.
6. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Risks
Cloud-based services may be affected by many factors, including server maintenance, system updates, network conditions, infrastructure changes, platform rule adjustments, algorithm updates, third-party service issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
As a result, users understand and accept that:
The app or certain features may be temporarily unavailable;
Data display may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, refreshed, or adjusted;
Platform functions may change due to technical or operational reasons;
Service performance may vary from time to time.
HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool does not guarantee uninterrupted access, fixed data results, specific performance levels, particular benefits, or any certain outcome from use of the service.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool in a lawful, reasonable, and responsible manner.
You must not:
Interfere with, damage, overload, or disrupt the app or its servers;
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or platform functions;
Reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, exploit, or misuse the service;
Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or similar methods where not permitted;
Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information;
Violate applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform rules.
If a user violates this Agreement or creates risk to the service, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the app or related features.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool and its operators shall not be responsible for losses or damages arising from:
Temporary service downtime, delays, interruptions, or access failures;
Changes, corrections, removal, or loss of virtual data or displayed information;
Network instability, device issues, system incompatibility, or software errors;
User decisions or actions based on app content or displayed information;
Third-party service failures or circumstances outside reasonable control;
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages.
The app is provided on the basis of available functionality, and no promise is made regarding any specific result, benefit, performance, or outcome.
9. Agreement Updates
We may revise this Agreement when needed due to service changes, product improvements, legal requirements, compliance obligations, security reasons, or operational adjustments.
Updated terms may be published inside the app or through other related service channels. Unless otherwise stated, the updated Agreement becomes effective once published.
If you continue to use HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool after the updated Agreement becomes available, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
10. Validity of Remaining Terms
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be handled according to applicable law. The remaining parts of the Agreement will continue to apply and remain effective.
