End User License Agreement
HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool
Effective Date: June 13, 2026
This End User License Agreement applies to your use of HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool, including the mobile application, related functions, updates, content, notices, and connected services.
Please read this agreement before installing or using the app. By downloading, installing, opening, accessing, or continuing to use HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool, you agree to follow the terms below. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
If you use the app on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to accept this agreement for that entity.
1. Permission to Use the App
HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool gives you a limited permission to install and use the app on devices you own or are allowed to control.
This permission is:
The app is licensed, not sold. You do not receive ownership of the software, source code, brand assets, content, systems, or any related intellectual property.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, operating system, internet connection, and related environment are suitable for using the app.
2. Nature of the Service
HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool is designed as a cloud-service information, virtual resource display, and platform interaction tool.
The app may show virtual cloud resource records, simulated indicators, estimated figures, system-generated statistics, activity results, or other reference information.
Users understand that HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool:
Does not conduct actual cryptocurrency mining on the user’s device;
Does not validate blockchain transactions;
Does not create, issue, trade, exchange, custody, or manage digital assets;
Is not a financial product, investment service, securities service, or wealth management tool.
All information shown in the app is provided for reference, demonstration, service interaction, or user experience purposes only.
3. Ownership of the App and Content
HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool and its licensors retain all rights in the app and related materials.
Protected materials may include, without limitation:
Software, code, and technical architecture;
Interface layouts and visual design;
Text, images, icons, logos, and brand elements;
Databases, models, rules, and algorithms;
Documentation, service content, and operational materials.
Except for the limited right to use the app under this agreement, no ownership, license, or other right is transferred to you.
4. User Restrictions
When using HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool, you must not:
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without permission;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or underlying systems;
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit the app;
Use bots, scripts, automation tools, unauthorized software, or technical methods to interfere with the service;
Bypass security controls, usage limits, access restrictions, or technical protections;
Share accounts, access credentials, or app access with unauthorized persons;
Use the app in a way that violates laws, regulations, third-party rights, or platform rules.
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension, limitation, or termination of your access.
5. Virtual Information and App Features
Some data, numbers, indicators, records, rewards, rankings, or results displayed in the app may be produced by simulation logic, platform rules, system calculations, algorithms, or demonstration models.
You acknowledge that:
Virtual values and displayed indicators may change at any time;
Data may be refreshed, corrected, reset, adjusted, or removed after updates, maintenance, rule changes, or operational decisions;
Features, activities, virtual content, and related displays may not always be available;
Previous records or historical displays do not guarantee any future result;
Nothing shown in the app has guaranteed cash value, exchange value, investment value, or real-world financial significance.
You should not rely on app displays as financial, investment, legal, tax, trading, or professional advice.
6. Availability and Changes
HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical failures, network conditions, server changes, infrastructure improvements, third-party service issues, compliance requirements, or events beyond reasonable control.
For these reasons, the app may experience delays, interruptions, limited access, data display changes, or temporary unavailability.
We may modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue any feature or service when necessary. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or system environment.
7. Ending This License
This agreement remains effective until terminated.
You may end your use of the app at any time by stopping use of HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool and deleting it from your device.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that:
You violated this agreement;
You engaged in fraud, abuse, deception, unauthorized access, or harmful conduct;
Your activity affects app security, platform operation, or other users;
Continuing to provide access may create legal, technical, security, or operational risk.
Termination does not require us to provide compensation, refunds, restoration of virtual content, or other benefits, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
8. No Warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not promise or guarantee that:
The app will operate continuously or without interruption;
The app will be free from bugs, errors, defects, or delays;
Displayed information will always be accurate, complete, current, or reliable;
The app will meet your expectations or specific objectives;
The app will work on every device, network, system version, or operating environment.
You use the app at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages.
This includes damages or losses related to:
Use of the app or inability to access it;
Service interruptions, delays, errors, or performance issues;
Changes, loss, reset, or removal of virtual data or app content;
Device problems, software conflicts, network failures, or system incompatibility;
Loss of information, virtual items, opportunities, expected benefits, or business-related outcomes;
Decisions or actions taken based on information displayed in the app.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In those cases, the limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Apple App Store Terms
This agreement is between you and HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool, not Apple Inc.
You acknowledge that:
Apple is not responsible for operating, maintaining, or supporting the app;
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app;
Claims relating to the app or your use of it are the responsibility of HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool, not Apple;
Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to Apple’s policies and applicable law;
Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of this agreement where permitted by law.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool operates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a dispute arises from or relates to this agreement or the app, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or other competent authority with proper jurisdiction under applicable law.
12. Updates to This Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time because of legal requirements, compliance changes, technical updates, service adjustments, product changes, or business needs.
Updated terms may be published inside the app or through other reasonable notice methods. Unless otherwise stated, the updated version becomes effective when published.
Your continued use of HPRO Miner: Cloud Tool after an update becomes effective means that you accept the revised agreement.
